Freeport, Grand Bahama Island The 2nd Annual NYC Comedy Club event commenced Friday March 12th 2010 at The Treasure Bay Casino to a standing room only crowd. Midway through the show comedian Ray Ellin came on stage to do his routine, it was at this point during the show that uncontrollable bouts of spontaneous laughter erupted far beyond even what Ray anticipated as he proceeded to concoct an impromptu routine that featured the duo of twin brothers who are , amongst other things, the principals behind the proposed Yellowfin Tuna Net Fishing venture on Grand Bahama Island (The Bahamas Pelagic Aquaculture Tuna Fishing Program). Unbeknownst to Ray, he haphazardly connected with the audience with irony and humor that resounded across the length and breadth of this island and beyond. In his routine, Ray probed the twin brothers with questions like: What kind of work do you do? Are you some kind of mobsters? On and on he went amidst uncontrollable laughter so unfathomable to him that he finally bellowed: WILL SOME ONE TELL ME WHATS GOING ON? Admittedly, this video has been one of the most requested of our almost 300 video productions library; we are pleased to finally have it ready for your entertainment. Enjoy!

Dolphin dive in Freeport Grand Bahama Island with UNEXSO. It’s in about 30′ of water. This is a good scuba dive for a beginner or experienced diver. The dolphins are calm and playful and can perform some beautiful stunts. We did this dive several years ago in 1995. Question by roxyimroxy: Junkanoo Beach Club?
Does any one have any information on Junkanoo Beach Club on Grand Bahama Island? Specifically, where it is located, are there entrance fees, what amenities does the beach club offer? I will be in Freeport on a cruise in September and was thinking of going there. I have been unable to find any information anywhere on this establishment. Thank you.

GRAND BAHAMA ISLAND – On Friday, November 16th, 2007, the management, staff, and builders of the Grand Bahama Yacht Club gathered to bless their new Club House. It was not your usual blessing, where a new building is blessed upon its grand opening, but rather one stemming from a European tradition, where the building is blessed once the highest truss is set into place. A wreath to symbolize the blessing was mounted above the building like a halo to commemorate the event. The open ceiling offers a flow of wind and energy to ward off negative and instill a bright and positive use of the building for the future. Since the Club House at Grand Bahama Yacht Club will be a place of many happy future moments, for residents and guests, it was a fitting blessing.
